Club Fees
14U state Division(Waitlisted)
For players aged 12-14U years old, a minimum of eight to ten tournaments is required between December and April.
Club Fee Includes:
● Empower Uniform Jersey Pack - Includes 2 jerseys, spandex, backpack, and warm-up gear.
● Tournaments
● Coaching
● Practices (2 per week, 2 hours each practice- there will only be 1 practice on the weeks with 2 day tournaments)
● Practice/Warm Up shirts (2 per player)
● Tryout information is available for those interested in joining our team.

● Leggings (Optional-Black only)

Monthly Payment Plan
$600 due at Commitment as part of the club fees. Following this, a monthly payment plan is available with $375 due on November 1, 2025, $375 due on December 1, 2025, $375 due on January 1, 2026, and $375 due on February 1, 2026. There are no refunds for the commitment fee. Please ensure you have a current USAV/PVA Membership for participation.

2026 Junior Certification- Each Player must obtain certification in the following:
- Second Referee
- Scorer
- Junior Line Judge
- Junior Libero Tracker
