Will there be cuts made?
Empower Volleyball is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where every participant feels valued and important. For our inaugural season, we will be fielding three teams, each filled to capacity to ensure a comprehensive experience for all players.
We are pleased to offer a complimentary Mentor position in our EmpowHer program. This is for players in the 17/18U age group only. This unique opportunity allows participants to engage in team practices, provide mentorship to our 9U players, and guarantees play in at least one game per season.
Please note: Players are responsible for the cost of their jersey, spandex, knee pads, socks, and athletic shoes. An EmpowHer t-shirt will be provided.
Does everyone get equal playing time?
12U- Playing time is equal.
15U & 17/18U-Tournament playing time is not guaranteed to be equal for all participants. Instead, it's determined by a comprehensive evaluation of several key factors, including but not limited to: effort, attitude, skill level, and in-game performance.
