Our competitive club season begins in November.

Throughout the season, players participate in weekly practices, tournaments, skill development, and team-building activities designed to help them grow both on and off the court.

At Empower Volleyball, our goal is to give every athlete the opportunity to learn, grow, and compete.

We do not make cuts as long as roster space is available. Tryouts are designed to evaluate each player's current skill level so we can place them on the team where they'll experience the greatest success and development.

Kidz Power is designed specifically for beginner girls ages 7–12 who have little or no volleyball experience.

Every athlete is encouraged to come to tryouts, work hard, and simply be themselves. We believe every player has potential, and we're committed to helping them reach it.

Absolutely! Every player receives equal playing time because our primary focus is learning, confidence, and development.

Tournament playing time is earned and is not guaranteed to be equal for every athlete.

Coaches evaluate players throughout the season based on factors such as:

• Positive attitude and coachability 
• Skill development

• Sportsmanship
