The EmpowHer Program is a unique opportunity for teen girls to serve as role models and mentors to younger athletes who are just beginning their volleyball journey. Through structured practices, skill-building sessions, and personal connection, this program helps young girls grow in both confidence and capability—on and off the court. All girls in 12U-17U must serve 10 hours of community service, per season, with their team (organized by the club). 16U and 17U is required to to work with our Kidz Power teams for at least 30 minutes a week.
To develop future leaders by connecting young players with positive teen role models, fostering personal growth, volleyball fundamentals, and leadership skills in a fun, supportive environment.
