Every volleyball journey starts somewhere.

Kidz Power is Empower Volleyball's beginner program for girls ages 7–12 who are ready to learn, grow, and discover a love for the game. Whether your child has never touched a volleyball or is still building her skills, she'll find a supportive environment where every success is celebrated and every athlete is encouraged.

Our coaches focus on teaching the fundamentals while helping each player build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy every step of the journey.

Kidz Power programs are designed to introduce the basics of volleyball, including passing, setting, serving, and hitting, in a way that's appropriate for younger or less experienced players.

A key aspect of these programs is making volleyball enjoyable for kids. This often involves relaxed rules, modified equipment (like lighter balls or lower nets), and a focus on participation over strict competition.

Players in Kidz Power programs learn the rules of the game, understand how to rotate, and get experience playing all positions.

Please note: Tryouts are to make sure that your player is truly a beginner. For players aged 7-12 years old, we will have a minimum of 5-6 half-day tournaments scheduled from November to March. This team travels to tournaments within a 2-hour radius.
