Kidz Power Volleyball Program (Ages 7–12)

Kidz Power is Empower Volleyball’s introductory program designed for girls ages 7–12 who are new to volleyball or still developing their skills.

Our focus is on fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and having fun in a positive, encouraging environment.

Kidz Power is a great fit if your child:

Is brand new to volleyball
Wants to learn fundamentals in a fun setting
Needs confidence and encouragement
Is curious about volleyball but not ready for club yet

Kidz Power programs are designed to introduce the basics of volleyball, including passing, setting, serving, and hitting, in a way that's appropriate for younger or less experienced players.

A key aspect of these programs is making volleyball enjoyable for kids. This often involves relaxed rules, modified equipment (like lighter balls or lower nets), and a focus on participation over strict competition.

Players in Kidz Power programs learn the rules of the game, understand how to rotate, and get experience playing all positions.

Kidz power-Perfect for girls with little, to no, knowledge of the game.

Please note: Tryouts are to make sure that your player is truly a beginner. If she is, she will have a place in our Kidz Power program. If she is more than a beginner, she may be placed in an older age group. For players aged 7-12 years old, we will have a minimum of 4-6 half-day tournaments scheduled from December to March. This team travels to tournaments within a 2-hour radius.
