By accessing or using this website, registering for programs, or participating in any Empower Volleyball activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

Empower Volleyball provides youth volleyball training, teams, clinics, tournaments, and related activities focused on athlete development, confidence, and character.

• Programs are intended for athletes ages 7–18 
• A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for any minor 
• Participation may require additional memberships (e.g., Palmetto Region/USAV), which are separate from Empower Volleyball fees 

• All registrations are subject to availability 
• Payment is required to secure participation unless otherwise stated 
• Accepted payment methods may include: 
  • Zelle 
  • PayPal 
  • Venmo 
  • CashApp 
• Payment instructions will be provided during registration 

Important:

• A spot is not guaranteed until payment is received 
• Late payments may result in forfeiture of placement 

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis 
• No refunds will be issued once a season, clinic, or tournament has begun 
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Participants agree to:

• Arrive prepared and on time 
• Wear appropriate athletic gear 
• Follow all coaching instructions 
• Maintain respectful behavior toward teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents 

Empower Volleyball reserves the right to remove any participant for:

• Disruptive behavior 
• Disrespectful conduct 
• Failure to meet participation expectations 

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Participation in sports involves inherent risks, including injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You agree that:

• Your athlete is physically able to participate 
• You will inform staff of any medical conditions 
• Empower Volleyball is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation 

By participating, you grant Empower Volleyball permission to:

• Use photos and videos of participants 
• Share content on social media, website, and promotional materials 

If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing.

Empower Volleyball reserves the right to:

• Adjust practice times, locations, or schedules 
• Reschedule or cancel events due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances 

Efforts will be made to communicate changes promptly.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems 
• Copy or distribute content without permission 

All website content is the property of Empower Volleyball.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empower Volleyball shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, losses, or damages related to participation 
• Technical issues related to website use 
• Third-party services or platforms 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Empower Volleyball reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Message frequency may vary depending on your participation and engagement.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Option:
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.

Consent Not Required:
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of participation in any Empower Volleyball program.
